1. Who we are

cpa.network is an independent directory of affiliate (CPA) networks. We aggregate publicly available information about networks, host reviews from affiliates, and offer optional paid placement to network operators. We are not affiliated with the networks listed unless explicitly stated.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for the information you submit and for keeping your password secure. One person may hold one affiliate account; networks should use a single operator account per company. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or the spirit of an honest review platform.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit reviews you didn't write yourself, or write reviews in exchange for payment or other incentives.
• Impersonate another person, network, or company.
• Post content that's unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Scrape, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the Site.
• Use the Site to spam, phish, or distribute malware.

4. Reviews and user content

Reviews are your honest, first-hand experience. We may moderate, edit for clarity, hide, or remove reviews that violate these Terms — but we won't remove a review just because the network operator dislikes it. By posting content, you grant cpa.network a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute it on the Site and related communications. You retain ownership of what you write.

5. Affiliate disclosure

We earn referral commissions when affiliates sign up to networks via links on cpa.network. We mark these links with nofollow, noopener, and sponsored attributes. Commissions don't influence review moderation, ratings, or which networks we list.

6. Featured placement and banner ads

Network operators may pay for “Featured” placement and banner ad campaigns. Featured listings receive a position boost and a badge but do not hide negative reviews or alter rating averages. Banner ads are clearly distinguishable from editorial content.

7. Network operator responsibilities

If you claim a network, you confirm you're authorized to represent it. Profile edits go through admin approval. You may reply publicly to reviews, but you may not threaten reviewers or attempt to retaliate against them off-platform.

8. Intellectual property

Site code, design, and editorial content are © cpa.network. Network names, logos, and screenshots are the property of their respective owners; we display them under nominative fair use to identify the networks being reviewed.

9. AI Affiliate Manager

The on-page AI assistant generates responses based on each network's public profile and reviews. It can be wrong, outdated, or incomplete. Don't treat its output as legal, financial, or business advice. Verify anything material with the network directly.

10. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of network data, or earnings on any network. Reviews reflect their authors' opinions, not ours.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cpa.network and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost profits or commissions.

12. Termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We can suspend or close any account that violates these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by email to active account holders. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
